We have been advised that there are problems with messages being accepted by the SFR network in France. They are investigating the issue and are treating this as a high priority. As soon as we have any further information we will let you know.

We have had a couple of reports from customers whose systems are not working when trying to access the URL api.esendex.com or www.esendex.com by the URL’s IP address. We have created re-directs on our website and this effects connections made by an IP address as opposed to using the URL....

We have had a few customers recently who have been receiving various MSXML errors when using the EsendexLib COM component in ASP, VB or Access. These errors seem to be from versioning conflicts or faults with specific versions of MSXML. We have two methods which normally resolve any problems...
