We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with one of our partners. This is affecting some inbound traffic. Messages may be delayed slightly but they’ll be queued and all messages will get through.

We have been advised that the problems experienced by handsets on the Irish O2 network have now been resolved.

We have been informed by the networks that there are some problems sending to handsets on the O2 network in Ireland. They are currently working on this as a high priority but some messages may be delayed.
As soon as we have further information I will let you know.

Our voice messaging system works with touch tone handsets so the end user can choose to listen or reject a call, and acknowledge or re-play it.
