We have had a few customers recently who have been receiving various MSXML errors when using the EsendexLib COM component in ASP, VB or Access. These errors seem to be from versioning conflicts or faults with specific versions of MSXML. We have two methods which normally resolve any problems they might be having. The first is to download and install MSXML 3 and MSXML 4, both with the latest service packs.
If this doesn’t resolve the problem they need to download and install the MSSoapToolkit http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=C943C0DD-CEEC-4088-9753-86F052EC8450&displaylang=en onto their server. They should be able to use the soap toolkit to send messages using their account by contacting the web services directly.
